Job description
Amgen, a leading biotech company, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West Region. You will lead the regional sales organization, translate brand strategy into execution, and drive results through a high-performing team.
You will develop District Managers, establish regional strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and HR to advance patient access and outcomes. A strong track record in biotech/pharma sales leadership is required.
