Job description
Pentair plc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the West region for the Commercial Pump Solutions group. You will coach a dispersed team of Territory Sales Managers, drive demand creation, and influence specification and Basis of Design decisions with distributors, engineers, and end users.
The role requires 8+ years of sales leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong collaboration with product management, marketing, engineering, and customer service.
