Job description
ECS Southwest, LLP seeks a Regional Manager to lead growth and operations across West Texas, including Lubbock, Odessa-Midland, and El Paso. You will own performance metrics, develop teams, and win work in Geotechnical, Construction Materials Testing, Environmental, and Facilities services.
You will partner with office managers and technical leaders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive client outcomes while expanding our West Texas footprint.
