Job description
Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Regional Truck Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across Western Washington, including Sumner, Tacoma, Seattle, and Marysville. Primary focus on new truck sales with oversight of used truck sales and inventory profitability.
The role requires coaching, field support, and ownership of regional sales strategy, OEM allocations, and CRM utilization to drive performance and growth across multiple dealership locations.
