Wholesale Department ManagerThe DH Pace Company is a family-owned and privately held business with annual sales over $1 billion through 60+ offices located across the continental United States. The Company is an industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of a complete range of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking and security products. In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business.DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Wholesale Department Manager to help back our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent managerial skills, sales experience, and wholesale experience.Job Responsibilities:Manage and improve operational processes and proceduresResponsible for managing the teamProvide customer service to wholesale customersWork with wholesale customers to enter and manage custom ordersEstablish sales processes and monthly specials to drive salesWill impact sales by cultivating new and existing relationshipsOther job duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is preferredExperience in the door industry is preferredSales experience is requiredExperience with wholesale is preferredMust have experience with Microsoft Office products and be able to navigate the computerMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitudeAbility to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional mannerThe anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
