Job Title - Business Subject Matter Expert BSME3 (Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist)
Onsite • Interviews: In-person
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
Assist in analyzing large datasets from DOJ and external sources.
Support interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or JMP.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with government regulations.
Work with stakeholders to interpret and visualize data in an accessible manner.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data storytelling techniques.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
