Job description
Xcel Energy is hiring for a Standard Operations Position at the Sagamore Wind Farm. You will supervise a high-performing operations team, ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations, and drive continuous improvement.
The role is onsite Mon-Fri with potential for shift variation, and requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Live within 60 miles of Sagamore Wind Farm, bring 5+ years in utility/plant operations, and be prepared to work with bargaining units.
