Winder Machine Helper / Production AssociateSnelling is currently seeking a dependable Winder Machine Helper / Production Associate for a manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with machine operations, material handling, quality control, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The pay is $20/hr with an early morning 1st shift schedule.Essential Duties & Responsibilities of Winder Machine Helper/Production Associate:Prepare and stage raw materials for machine processing.Load and unload raw materials into production equipment.Remove and transport finished products from production lines.Read and use measuring tools, including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.Thread paper and other materials into machinery as needed.Sort and dispose of scrap materials in designated bins or storage areas.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety procedures and policies.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.Qualifications Needed for Winder Machine Helper/Production Associate:Manufacturing or production experience preferred.Ability to read and use measuring instruments accurately.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.All qualified Winder Machine Helper / Production Associate candidates please submit resumes for immediate review.
