Winder Operator (PAF)Full-time Mansfield, TX Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as a Winder OperatorYou will operate and maintain bobbin winding equipment to meet production targets and quality standards. Your work directly supports the production value stream and requires close coordination with the Value Stream Team Lead and maintenance teams. This is an onsite, first-shift role (7:30 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with mandatory overtime as needed.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamSet up and operate bobbin/wire winders according to manufacturing specifications and detailed instructionsString wire through winders, adjust counters for required footage, and maintain oil levelsRecord required data for labeling and place finished bobbins on the wire table according to inventoryKeep bobbin machines running continuously and pull material from the warehouse as neededMaintain a clean, orderly work area and follow 5S practicesFollow safety regulations and quality guidelines; report production issues to the direct leadDetect and report problem areas or unusual conditions to the Value Stream Team LeadPerform related duties and assist at equal or lower classifications as assignedHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass pre-employment screeningComfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling)Willingness to work the first shift (7:30 AM–3:30 PM) Monday–Friday and be available for mandatory overtimeAbility to follow detailed instructions and basic computer skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutProduction experience (preferred)Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skillsBasic knowledge and use of hand toolsGood verbal and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S practicesPay Range$14.20 - $17.75/hourThis role may fill quickly.
