Winder Operator - Scarborough$21-$24/hourThe machine operator position operates on a rotating shift schedule, which allows for 13 weeks off in a calendar year, not including the use of vacation or personal time! It is a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that allows 24/7 coverage while aiming to give employees extended time off within a cycle. This cycle ensures a balance of work and rest by providing a "built-in" week off every month.The typical schedule runs on a 4-week cycle, where employees work:4 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off3 consecutive day shifts, 1 day off3 consecutive night shifts, 3 days off4 consecutive day shifts, 7 days offNEPW Logistics is northern New England's leading warehousing, logistics and transportation provider.
