Window Cleaning TechnicianSparkle Squad is a fast-growing company that has reimagined residential and commercial window cleaning by combining exceptional service, efficient systems, and a people-first culture. We are currently hiring motivated Window Cleaning Technicians who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality work, and want to be part of a supportive team environment. You will also be cleaning gutters and pressure washing houses and surfaces. All work done from the ground, no ladder work. If you are dependable, customer-focused, and ready to build a career in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, field service, or general labor, we would love to hear from you.The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers.
