Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Windows Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based systems, ensuring their security, performance, and reliability. Key duties include system administration, troubleshooting, patch management, and support for end-users.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and migrations.
Implement security measures and compliance standards.
Document configurations and procedures.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
