Location: 5 days a week in Cincinnati at Client Site
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Windows administration support, including managing files/folders permissions, inheritance, patches, firewall, printer management, and vulnerabilities.
Support Active Directory, including managing objects/groups, service accounts, and password changes, include Azure NetApps.
Support VMware instances, including creating servers, adding volumes, managing snapshots, and providing performance tuning support.
Configure and install software for upgrading and maintaining servers, network and limited telecommunication systems.
Update and resolve work tickets promptly.
Key Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
Must have 2-4 years of experience supporting the Windows platform.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting Active Directory structure.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting VMware instances.
Should be able to lift up-to 50 lbs and climb a ladder of at least 6 feet.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a good attitude, commitment, and dedication to learning from the senior staff.
Must be willing to travel to local or remote sites as needed.
Must be U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
Additional Key Qualifications:
Any familiarity with Splunk is a big plus.
Any familiarity with VEEAM is a plus.
Any familiarity with Cisco switches is nice to have.
