Job description
Hy-Vee’s Des Moines Fleur Drive location is hiring a Wine & Spirits Department Manager. You will oversee daily operations, ensure best-in-class customer service, manage staff, inventory, pricing, and merchandising for the wine and spirits department.
Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance coaching, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering sales growth and a positive shopping experience for customers.
