Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Planning & AnalyticsAs a Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Planning & Analytics at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will lead a high-impact strategic initiative to transition packaging across the Coffee Beverage portfolio. This project will support regulatory compliance requirements while minimizing inventory risk and obsolescence exposure throughout the transition lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning, analytics, project management, inventory management, and cross-functional leadership while working closely with Commercial, Brand, Demand Planning, Finished Goods Planning, Raw Material Planning, Supply Chain Initiatives, and senior leadership teams.Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program runs from January 4th - May 21st, 2027. Location: Burlington, MA. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm. Hybrid (3 Days In Office/Week).As a Supply Planning & Analytics Co-op you will:Develop reporting and dashboards to track inventory depletion, packaging conversion status & project milestones leveraging large datasetsCreate visibility tools & project governance that support transition tracking enabling leadership decision-making and cross-functional alignmentFacilitate regular project meetings & follow up actions to ensure stakeholders remain aligned on timelines, risks, inventory impacts & transition readiness; escalating issues when requiredDevelop mitigation strategies to reduce excess inventory & financial exposure throughout the transition processElements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include:Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environmentReceive mentor support for your professional developmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the businessTotal Rewards: $31/hr Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employmentRequirements:Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven & adapt to changesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelPreferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization toolsExperience with project management methodologiesKnowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or operations planning conceptsExperience working with large datasetsCompany Overview: Keurig Dr Pepper (Nasdaq: KDP) is a leading beverage company with more than 150 owned, licensed and partner brands that meet a wide range of needs and occasions.
