Wire Bundler & Connector AssemblerLocation: Syracuse Shift Hours: 1st Shift | 6 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $20.00/hrJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the 1st shift as a Wire Bundler and Connector Assembler for solar panel components. In this role, you will be responsible for bundling wire harnesses and attaching connectors used in solar energy systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Key Responsibilities:Bundle and organize wires according to specifications for solar panel systemsAttach electrical connectors to wire ends using proper tools and techniquesInspect completed work for quality and accuracyRead and follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workstationMeet production goals and timelinesCommunicate any production or quality issues to the supervisorFollow all company safety guidelines and policiesQualifications:Previous experience in wire assembly, electrical work and manufacturingAbility to read basic instructions and wiring diagramsComfortable using hand tools and crimping devicesGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsStrong attention to detail and qualityApply today and help power the future with clean solar energy!
