Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.Job Duties Operate and monitor wire cutting machinery Set up equipment and make adjustments as needed Perform routine quality inspections Replenish materials and maintain production flow Complete production records and documentation Identify and report equipment issues Follow all safety and manufacturing proceduresPhysical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
