Inova Staffing OpportunityInova Staffing is looking for a few great employees looking to work for a great company in Fairport Harbor doing General Assembly.Shift: 1st shift 6am-4:30pmPay: $14.25+/hr based on experienceLocated in Fairport HarborGeneral Job FunctionTo assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand tools in a safe, efficient manner while meeting production requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesWire – Stripping – Machine and HandBench style/foot operated terminal crimping machineBasic hand solderingUsing hand or mechanical crimp toolMulti-conductor cable assemblyBuild to work instructionsMulti-conductor plug-insPoint-to-Point test / Test Equipment usageHarness board lay-upOther special assembly projects, as assignedMeet production ratesFinal inspection of finished componentsOther duties as assigned by your direct SupervisorTraining will be providedEssential Job FunctionsThe following physical activities described here are representative of those that must be met by every employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Continuously required to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods of timeFrequently required to position self to maintain proper assembly of parts which would include bending, squatting and reachingOccasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs. in order to move assembled parts from one location to anotherFrequently required to move about to place assembled parts at the next stationAbility to use common sense understanding in order to carry out simple multi-step instructionsRequires constant finger/wrist dexterity using repetitive motion of the hands to make partsAbility to see details at close range (within inches of the observer)Ability to keep hands/arms steady while moving your arm or holding your arm and hand in one positionAbility to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objectsAbility to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color or brightnessJob Requirements Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
