Wire Transfer SpecialistTulsa, OKThe Wire Transfer Specialist, as a member of the Wire Team that supports the wire processing for Regent Bank, is responsible for performing a variety of wire transfer duties in a high-volume deadline driven environment. The Wire Transfer Specialist interacts with various bank personnel and clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Receives and originates/verifies incoming and outgoing wire transfer requestsTrack and monitor wire volumesMonitor wire activity for fraudulent activityPerforms daily wire balancingMaintains consistent compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory lawsOther duties as assigned.Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of banking experience in the position of Teller, New Accounts, and Deposit Operations. One (1) year of bank operational experience preferred, but not required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and workflowFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented and ability to work under pressure of deadlinesAbility to multitask and apply analytical and problem-solving skillsAll candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screeningPhysical Requirements:Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Sitting for long periods of time.Working Conditions:The working conditions are generally comfortable with minimal exposure to noise, heat, dust and other related items.
