Wireless Retail Sales Associate – AT&T Products & Services

Compensation:
17. 00–21.00 per hour + Performance-Based Commission
Work Location: On-Site | Retail Environment
Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week | Weekend Availability Required

About the Opportunity
Pacific Resilience Inc. is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our wireless retail sales team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In this role, you'll represent AT&T wireless products and services inside established partner
retail locations, helping customers explore mobile plans, wireless solutions, and current promotions. We're looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in building a career in retail sales, telecommunications, or customer relations. No previous wireless sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a professional retail environment.
Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, and promotional offers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions.
Explain product features, service options, and pricing.
Assist customers throughout the sales process.
Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
Maintain a professional and organized retail environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude and professional presentation.
Interest in retail sales, telecommunications, or customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
$17–$21 per hour guaranteed base pay.
