Job description
Verge Mobile is hiring a Retail Associate Manager to support the Retail Store Manager and drive a high-performing team in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will lead by example, ensure excellent customer experiences, and push for strong sales results.
You will recruit and train staff, manage daily store operations, and monitor performance to hit monthly targets while maintaining compliance and a positive work culture.
