Job description
Premium Retail Services is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive store performance, coach sales teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across wireless retail locations.
You will meet and exceed sales KPIs, train and mentor team members, deliver onboarding and role-plays, and conduct coaching sessions to optimize performance. Travel between store locations may be required.
