Job description
UPMC Harrisburg seeks a dedicated nurse specialized in wound, ostomy, and continence care (WOCN) to join the team. The role includes assessing patients, planning care, and coordinating follow-up after discharge to ensure continuity of care.
You will mentor students and staff, apply evidence-based practice, and participate in unit governance while delivering compassionate, holistic care to patients and families.
