Job description
Cabinet Peaks seeks a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOC Nurse) to perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations for patients with wound, ostomy, or continence needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The role includes direct/indirect patient care, education, and clinical consultation, coordinating with the care team to develop and execute appropriate plans of care, and ensuring proper documentation and supply management.
