Job description
Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced RN specialized in ostomy and wound care to provide follow-up interventions, patient education, and continuum-of-care support for complex skin and stoma conditions at our California facilities.
The role requires WOCN certification or active enrollment, plus California RN licensure, with responsibilities including teaching healthcare teams and assessing patient needs across pediatric and adult populations. BLS expected.
