Job description
IntelliResume is seeking a WOC Nursing specialist in New York, NY at Mount Sinai Hospital. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and lead clinical assessments within a designated population.
Emphasis on advocacy, discharge planning, and continuous quality improvement. The role requires a Master's in Nursing with 5 years WOCN experience; RN license and WOCN certification are key, with BCLS required and ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
