Job description
Seaport Scripps Home Health in Oceanside, CA is seeking a WOC RN (CWOCN) to join our home health team. You will assess wounds, ostomies, continence issues and provide advanced wound care, education, and care planning for complex patients.
The ideal candidate has CWOCN certification, 2+ years in home health or public health, CPR, and valid RN license. You will supervise HHAs and collaborate with physicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
