What You'\u2019ll Do
Outreach & Business Acquisition:
Identify, recruit, and onboard women-owned businesses across India
Drive registrations onto WECommunity - Build and maintain a certification pipeline
Certification Pipeline Development
Guide businesses through certification journey
Increase certification-ready and certified businesses
Track pipeline progress
Business Growth & Capacity Building
Deliver workshops, webinars, and mentoring
Provide advisory support
Strengthen business readiness
Ecosystem & Partnership Development
Build partnerships with industry associations, incubators, financial institutions, and government agencies
Expand outreach
Engagement & Market Linkages
Promote participation in programs - Support connections to market opportunities
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain records of registrations and pipeline
Track outcomes and success stories

Partnership tracker
Monthly performance report
Qualifications
8–10+ years in business development or MSME ecosystem
Strong network in India
Experience with entrepreneurs preferred
Project and stakeholder management experience
