MedStar Women's Health is seeking qualified Women's Certified Nurse Midwife to join our regional service line. We have a need at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, MD. Minimal Qualifications
Education
Graduation from an accredited school of Nurse-Midwifery required
Experience
1-2 years 2 years of advance practice experience required
Licenses and Certifications
MIDWIFE - Nurse Midwife - Licensed in the State of Maryland and/or in the District of Columbia required and
AC-CRN-Midwife MBON - ACCRNMID and
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required and
CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Requires a high level of problem solving due to the complexity of the clinical situations encountered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
This position has a hiring range of
USD $115,003.00 - USD $189,999.00 /Yr.
