Job description
EVERSANA seeks a Millicent Pharma District Manager to lead the Specialty Pharmaceutical Representatives in the region. This field-based senior role reports to the VP of Sales and is responsible for hiring, directing, and coaching a high-performing team to exceed sales targets while embodying our values.
The District Manager will drive brand strategy, manage the district budget, and ensure excellent technical product knowledge across teams and customers, with 70–80% travel.
