Job description
Valley’s Salt Lake City clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality patient care under physician supervision. The role supports care plans and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and meet mutual goals.
Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with clinic days in St. Marks SLC location. We seek motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to delivering exceptional care.
