Job description
Ageless Women’s Health in Ogden, UT is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to deliver women’s health and hormone care in a modern outpatient clinic.
The role focuses on hormone replacement therapy and preventive wellness, with a per diem, on-site schedule Monday–Friday—no nights, weekends, or on-call. You’ll build relationships and provide evidence-based care in a patient-centered setting.
