Our Salt Lake clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner.****POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WILL:**** provide high quality patient care under the supervision of a physician, within the scope of training and education. Assess patient care plans and provide comprehensive patient care independently or in autonomous collaboration with other health professionals. Cooperate with other health care personnel to coordinate patient care and establish mutual goals. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Demonstrate and foster a commitment to patient satisfaction and teamwork.****REQUIREMENTS:****\\*Successful completion of National Certification as a ****Women's Health Nurse Practitioner \\*****Must hold licensure/certification as required by the State of Utah, including DEA numberCandidate must be a motivated, hardworking individual, who is able to multi-task, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.****SCHEDULE********Clinic days will be in our St. Marks SLC location.********Full time Monday- Thursday********Part time Mondays and Tuesdays****
