Position Type: Full Time
Education Level: APRN
Responsibilities
Work Monday‑Friday with no on‑call responsibilities. Standard hours are 8:30AM‑5:00PM each day, except Thursday 10:30AM‑7:00PM.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $102,000
Paid Time Off: 240 hours of PTO
Holidays: Up to nine paid holidays plus one paid birthday day
Years of Service Award: Over $2,400 at specific intervals starting in year 2
401(k) Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for the 4th and 5th% for a maximum match at 4% of income; Safe Harbor Plan (100% vested immediately)
Health/Dental/Vision: Organization pays a portion of all; options include PPO and HSA plans
Group Term Life Insurance: Company‑paid $80,000 benefit; optional additional employee‑paid coverage
Long Term Disability: Optional employee‑paid coverage
Extended Illness Paid Time: Accrued up to 8 weeks
Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility
Qualifications
Women's Health experience
Active APRN certification
