Job description
Work Dates Needed: ASASP after 4 weeks of credentials for 3 months - with the possibility of extension
Preferred Schedule: M - F 8-5, 12-1pm lunch.
Worksite Setting: County Health Department, Santa Barbara Health Care Center, One day at the Carpinteria Health Care Center
Scope of Work: Experience LARC placement and management, OCP prescribe and manage, family planning counseling, Dx and Tx of vaginal infections, UTIs, STIs, WWE and Breast CA screening management, early pregnancy counseling, management, measuring fundal height, Amniotic Fluid index (AFI), Interpretation of Non-Stress Testing, understanding the criteria for Gestational Diabetes, High Risk OB Conditions
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: WHNP or CNM, DEA, CA state license.

Pay Rate Preferred : $90.00
