Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Clinical Leader in Practices for Women’s Health. The role partners with the Practice Triad to manage day-to-day operations across OBGYN clinics in Clinton Crossings and St Mary’s, with a 40-hour work week and 8am-4:30pm schedule.
The candidate will lead nursing staff, monitor quality of care, ensure staff competency, participate in budget planning, and support patient and employee satisfaction aligned with organizational goals.
