Job description

Jockey is seeking a Director of Merchandising (Women’s) to lead end-to-end strategy across channels, driving sales, profitability and inventory efficiency. This role partners with Design, Planning, Marketing and Sales to deliver customer-centric product assortments that support brand growth.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets, forecasts, and GTM calendars, and present updates to leadership. A strong track record in merchandising leadership is essential.
