Job description
Christ Covenant Church is seeking a Women’s Director to provide strategic vision and leadership for the church’s Women’s Ministry across multiple campuses. This role develops new initiatives, mentors staff and volunteers, and centers gospel-centered care for women at every life stage.
The ideal candidate brings ministry leadership, pastoral wisdom, and the ability to teach, with membership in Christ Covenant or willingness to join. This is a full‑time role based across our Atlanta metro campuses.
