Job description
Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Director for Women’s and Newborn Services to lead strategic and operational efforts across inpatient care areas,Birthplace and NICU oversight, and system programs supporting high-quality women’s care.
The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer/Executive VP of Patient Care Services and focuses on performance improvement, financial outcomes, and a service-focused culture across Hennepin Health System.
