USA Gymnastics is seeking a Women’s Program Director in Indianapolis, Indiana to oversee the Women’s Development and Xcel Programs. This role involves managing key events, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting athlete development.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sports management, strong leadership skills, and experience in gymnastics. Frequent travel and evening/weekend work are required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
