Hours: 40 hour work week provided with incredibly flexible schedule. -Clinic hours: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM Wed., Fri. 9 AM-5 PM Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

Average Patients seen: 20-24ppd
Loan Repayment
Compensation: Highly competitive compensation that outweighs surrounding organizations and is willing to offer above the state NACHC average! Up to $150k for experienced providers. - Compensatory incentive provided to offset relocation costs and awarded for annual retention.

Additional Info: The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population, and have the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgender, and HIV population- Be part of a strong culture that is willing to work hard and support the community and its infrastructure- Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience providing medication & prescriptions as well as follow-ups- Comfortable with EMR system- Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location- 1 year minimum experience preferred. - NY state-licensed- BE/BC
