Job description
Assembly Line TechnicianWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Line Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cabinet components and hardware with precision and efficiency, ensuring product quality and flow throughout the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include maintaining a steady work pace to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth line operations, reading and interpreting labels and installation instructions accurately, installing screws, hardware, and cabinet parts with care, avoiding stripping or misalignment, conducting quality inspections to identify and correct any defects immediately, collaborating effectively with team members and adapting to changing production needs, proactively preparing for upcoming assembly stages to ensure efficiency, and delivering defect-free products and confirming correct installation before passing items along the line.Qualifications include strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ability to follow written instructions and label information accurately, basic knowledge of hand tools and hardware installation preferred, team-oriented with good communication and adaptability, and physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
