Wood Shop AssemblerIDEC Elevator Products is looking for a motivated Wood Shop Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Riviera Beach, FL. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to expand your skills in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing who is eager to build a long-term career in elevator manufacturing.What You'll DoAs a Wood Shop Assembler, you'll help manufacture high-quality elevator components while working with a variety of woodworking equipment and production tools. Responsibilities include:Assemble wood components for elevator products according to specifications and drawings.Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, CNC routers, and hand and power tools.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions.Perform accurate measuring, cutting, drilling, fitting, and assembly of materials.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a wood shop, cabinetry, or elevator manufacturing environment.Basic mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.Experience operating woodworking equipment such as: Table sawsRoutersCNC routersHand and power toolsAbility to read measurements and use common shop tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Dependable work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to accept coaching, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude.Growth OpportunitiesAt IDEC Elevator Products, we value employees who are eager to learn.
