Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review client travel requirements to customize trips designed to meet their needs and budget.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
· Attend ongoing training webinars with vendors and suppliers
· Effectively communicate with clients pre- and post-travel for clients
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Proficiency in English (speak/read/write)
· Must own a mobile device or computer with internet access.
· Must be able to effectively communicate with clients
