About the job Work From Home Travel Specialist
We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working individuals to join our growing team of travel specialists. Whether you are new to the travel world or experienced - this could be for you! All training is provided, as well as team support and mentorship!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Determining budget, travel needs, and travel interests for each set of clients
Providing quotes and itineraries to clients
Making payments on behalf of clients and maintaining confidentiality
Providing all necessary travel documents to clients
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have reliable internet access, as well as access to a computer or laptop
Must be a resident of the United States or Mexico
Flexible schedule - part time or full time
Fully remote, work from home
