Work Study Student Facility CoordinatorTitle - Work Study Student Facility CoordinatorPosition Description - BSU's Athletics Department provides inclusive intercollegiate athletics and recreational programs that contribute to the recruitment, retention, and graduation of a diverse student body. We develop leaders, encourage community engagement, and strengthen the overall social fabric of the university. The Student Facility Coordinator will provide facility support and student worker assistance of various athletic and recreation facilities during the year. Responsibilities include: perform opening and closing procedures, provide security and checking Id's upon entrance to facility, building rounds, and other duties as assigned. The Student Facility Coordinator must be able to work during various hours of the day such as early mornings, late nights, and weekends.Eligibility requirements: Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester. Must have Work Study award in your financial aid packagePreferred Qualifications - The ideal candidate should have: Firm knowledge of the operational procedures, good communication skills, ability to work with difficult people and stressful situations, First Aid, CPR and AED training certification required (training provided)Physical Demands - Must be able to lift equipment minimum of 25lbs.Special Conditions for Eligibility - Please be aware that employment at Bridgewater State University is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.
