Job description
Work Study, Student Support (Student Life)
Learning Objectives:
Gain experience providing professional customer service and communication support to students, staff and campus guests.
Assist with Student Life programs and events to develop leadership, teamwork and workplace professionalism skills.
Build organizational and time management skills by completing assigned office tasks and supporting departmental operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
Successfully pass background/drug screening;
Answer phone and take messages;
Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;
Open and sort mail;
Strong interpersonal communication skills;
Willingness to learn new technology;
Assist with special projects;
Other duties as assigned.
