Job description
Christiana Care Health System seeks a Systems Analyst to own Workday Benefits design, configuration, and continual optimization. You will partner with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions, covering eligibility, enrollment, regulatory compliance, integrations, and reporting.
