Our client, a leading organization in the human resources and technology sector, is seeking a Workday Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent), you will be an integral part of the HRIT Compensation team supporting global compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and support Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes. Build and maintain integrations between Workday and other HR systems. Lead technical initiatives, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR technology projects. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise. What's Needed?
At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Extend development. Proficiency in building integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Reporting. Knowledge of Workday Compensation and general HR systems experience. Strong coding, testing, debugging, and deployment skills with a focus on technical development. Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and lead technical projects. What's in it for me?
