We are looking for a Workday Systems Analys t to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a great opportunity for a Workday configuration specialist to support and optimize core HR technology systems across a range of modules, in a fully remote role based out of Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business and HR operational needs
Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across supported Workday modules
Support Workday releases, testing, and change management for new features and enhancements
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business process configurations within Workday
Ensure data integrity and security configurations are properly maintained across the system
Document system configurations, processes, and testing procedures
Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications
Hands-on Workday configuration experience
Experience with one or more of the following modules preferred: Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, and Security
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
